Rated the toughest class ever even by aerobics instructors, our EXTREME FITNESS class is not like your typical gym group class. We combine flexibility, cardio, strength, and martial arts into one Anerobic experience that will get you in great shape! We include pulse-pounding circuits and intervals including bag-work and runs to really challenge your body!
Small classes and personal instruction set this class apart from the crowded gym group classes that don't have the time or the experience to teach proper techniques.
90% of our students are also members of other local regular gyms and fitness centers, but want to boost their training routine by attending our classes! A great change of pace or off-season activity to confuse those muscles!

ou will learn how to punch and kick properly to avoid injury and maximize you training hours. Burn up to 800 calories an hour. 400 - squats and push-ups is common!
Due to the very high intensity of EXTREME FITNESS, we alternate upper and lower body each week.
Don't take a "boot camp" style class from someone who has never been to bootcamp!
