The Executive Self-Defense Program delivers what the rest only promise!
Taught in 2 levels, each module, Basic/ Intermediate, and Advanced, consists of 2 90 minute classes per week over
an 8 week cycle. You must complete Level l before Level 2. It is up to you how far you want to take your training and you do not have to complete both levels to become proficient.
If you only complete Level 1 you will be ahead of 90% of the rest of the world in regards to defending yourself in real-world situations.
There are no classical Martial Arts requirements in this program. No Uniforms, No Kata, No Ceremony, and no Belt Rankings are awarded. This is a fast-track course of study for those who can handle it. Class size is limited to 6 participants at a time.
This material is not for the squeemish, and is very intense. No one under 21 will be accepted.
